Willson is a leadership team coach, and organisational development consultant. In the past 17 years he has worked as a Global HR Programme Manager for Reuters, and as Head of Organisational Development for three Lines of Business in BT, prior to developing his consultancy work with digitally transforming businesses.
At BT, he worked with leadership teams to create a culture with the confidence to reshape and transform the organisation to be more agile and effective. Prior to this Willson consulted with Gartner Group, and various technology firms.
Willson works with teams and organisations that are “stuck” in their change, by facilitating awareness and understanding of the blockers, to release new energy and focus to deliver results. He works with leaders to develop a transformational mindset to develop plans that engage and empower their teams.
He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge, in Modern Languages, and Philosophy, and holds an MBA specialising in HR with Distinction, from Cass Business School. He is trained in Constellations, Systemic Mapping, and Systemic Coaching, and certified in MBTI Step I and Step II, and 16PF psychometrics.
